About the university
Constituted at its first session on April 22, 1952, the Pro-University of Manabi Board elected its dignitaries and officials, who assumed the task assigned to it by the Assembly on April 15, 1952, with deep emotion and great sense of responsibility. Their Representatives, all without exception, did not faint in their work and especially their faith and optimism for the success of the cause they pursued.
