The project to create the IBERO-AMERICAN UNIVERSITY OF ECUADOR is not new. Its beginning goes back to the beginning of the nineties. The conceptual and operational support of UNIB.E is a Foundation, the "Castro Foundation", created on May 20, 1994. Non-profit by definition, the Foundation projects on the university its altruistic ideals, of service to the Society, and seriousness.
