About the university
A non-profit association created in 1996, recognized by the Ministry of Culture, the EAEC is responsible for the training and professionalization of fiction screenwriters. The EAEC trains authors capable of designing and developing with the same demands short programs, television or animation series and cinema films. The Euratom offers long-term qualifying training, which is open to competition, and delivers a Professional Title of Writer recognized by the State, which validates all the knowledge and know-how of the profession of writer of audiovisual fictions. The EAEC proposes high-level continuing professional training courses to meet the demands of tools and methodologies for the writing of scenarios for television and cinema. The EAEC is setting up educational partnerships with French fiction professionals to renew its teaching and to establish long-term artistic collaborations with its students and trainees.
