About the university
Our institution, the IFMK (Massage Therapy Institute) Saint-Michel, certified by the Ministry of Health, provides training to prepare you for the state diploma of masseur-kinesitherapist. A teaching team of 40 professionals of physiotherapy (doctors and specialists) welcomes you and you form the business, during 4 years of study, supported by training courses in a professional environment . The institute has been working for the training of physiotherapists for more than 70 years, transmitting the passion of physiotherapy, expertise and innovation . The institute was founded in 1942 by Paul GENY (1912-1996) and Charlotte GENY (1905-1997), both medical massagers and pedicures, the French School of Massage Therapy, Medical Gymnastics and Pedicure. From the outset, their goal is to prepare students for State Medical Massage, Medical Gymnastics and Pedicure. The school is then located 95 Boulevard Saint-Michel in Paris, in the 5 th district from which its present name.
