About the university
The Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Art de Paris-Cergy (ENSAPC) is an art school that trains plastic artists who can act in the various fields of creativity and understand all the disciplines of expression Visual. It was created in 1975 in Cergy-Pontoise , 2 rue des Italiens, in the Paris region ( Val-d'Oise ). Claiming a total transversality, the ENSAPC is conceived as a laboratory of artistic practices. It is a platform for production and knowledge. To nourish a critical approach to contemporary issues, the school wants to be mobile, reactive, attentive to new fields of knowledge allowing the exploration of new territories. The curriculum proposed by the ENSAPC takes place over five years and is punctuated by the award of two national diplomas: the "National Art Diploma" (DNA) and the Master Art "Diplôme National Supérieure d'Expression Plastique" (DNSEP ).
