About the university
Founded in 1896 and located in the " Campus Curie ", 5 th district of Paris , on the Montagne Sainte-Genevieve , it has the status of public scientific, cultural and professional. The school ensures the training of about 90 student engineers, who at the end of a three-year schooling receive the diploma of engineer. Students are recruited mainly in one of the joint polytechnic competitions , but also through parallel admissions for academics. The School also provides training for PhD students, students in the Master of Science and Technology , as well as students in Masters specializing in co-operation. A formula through apprenticeship is launched in 2016. The ENSCP is one of the schools of application of the Ecole Polytechnique and has double-diploma agreements with Paris-Dauphine, the IFP School for certain specializations, ENS Ulm and AgroParisTech.
