The Regional Institute of Social Work (IRTS) Hauts-de-France is a professional higher institute located throughout the region. The IRTS is managed by the Regional Association of Social Work (ARTS) chaired by Alain Dubois. It fulfills a public service remit which it implements, in accordance with the decree of 22 August 1986, in the following areas: Training in the fields of social and medico-social work Technical assistance to actors Research and Innovation Regional animation Based in the region on 5 training sites, IRTS has more than 30 years of experience in the field of training and research in social work.
