About the university
The University of Applied Sciences - Bonn (also called Sparkassenhochschule) is a privately-owned, state-recognized university based in Bonn. The University of the Savings Banks Finance Group was established on July 3, 2003 by the German Savings Banks and Giro Association as a Limited Liability Company based in Bonn. At the winter semester of 2003/04, the university began its studies. At the time, the study program included two Bachelor's programs. On March 3, 2006, the graduation of the first Bachelor graduates took place.
