About the university
The Institute is one of the human resource development arms of the Ministry of Finance, Ghana. It was founded in 1970 to provide general and financial management training programme for the civil and public services. The Institute recognizes that relevant professional education and training is crucial to the success of every organization and individual, and in particular the public sector and that is why we provide quick and flexible response to the demands of the public services and the general market.
