About the university
The idea of the Hungarian University of Physical Education's call to life has been incurred by the turn of the century, but the specific preparations only began in the early 1920s, and in November 1925 took place the opening ceremony of the academic year in the wake of the first founder, Klebelsberg Kuno Minister of his efforts. The institution was founded at a time at the College of Physical Education Sports Club. The initial three-year to four in 1929, was raised in the study time. The Ministry of Religion and Public Education TF functioning under the authority of the first two decades of the teacher training outside reached considerable success in the coach training organization in the field of scientific research and is based on contempt for a variety of advanced courses. After the Second World War, opened its doors again in February 1946 the college. The re-established sports club began operations under the name of the College of Physical Education Sports Association (TFSE). The 1949/50 school year the departments were formed, new curricula and new organizational rules was made. In addition to the creation of teacher coaching and managerial expertise in the sport, he started in the evening and correspondence courses.
