About the university
As per 2010-11 the college was ranked best in educational Category by Gautam Buddha Technical University(GBTU) (previously UPTU). As per 2016 list of best private engineering colleges affiliated to Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam University (previously UPTU), SRMCEM stood in top ten position. The college began with 5 staff members and 22 students. It has grown in a decade into a cluster of colleges offering 12 different streams of graduate and post graduate programs in engineering and management.SRMGPC has around 5000 students with 500 faculty and staff members.
