About the university
CHUNDI RANGANAYAKULU POLYTECHNIC, CHILAKALURIPET was established in the year 1982, which was the first Private Polytechnic College in Guntur District, under the aegis of Chundi Ranganayakulu Polytechnic committee vide Government order No.767 (LEN & TE DEPT) dated 23-10-1982, with Civil, Mechanical and Electronics & Communication courses. It is the Flagship Institute among the various educational institutions started by the well known Philanthropist SRI CHUNDI RANGANAYAKULU. At present the institution has five branches namely Civil, Mechanical, ECE, EEE & Computer Courses. C.R.POLYTECHNIC has sound infrastructure fully equipped with Laboratories, Class rooms, Workshops, Spacious Drawing halls & well qualified experienced staff, a Library and Play Ground.
