About the university
The Osmania University College of Technology (OUCT), is situated in the main campus of Osmania University. In 1943, the College began as a post-graduate section of applied chemistry in the Department of Chemistry of the Osmania University. In September 1969, it upgraded into the University College of Technology. Presently, the college is being headed by Prof. Chintha Sailu . The College has been identified for Technical Education Quality Improvement Programme (TEQIP- II ) for strengthening of PG Programs, Research Activities and Faculty Development.
