Osmania Medical College is a medical school in Hyderabad, India and is often ranked among the best medical colleges in the nation. It was founded in 1846 as the Hyderabad Medical School and was previously affiliated to the Osmania University of Hyderabad, but is now under the gamut of NTR University of Health Sciences. It is the one of the oldest medical colleges in India. Osmania Medical College was 16th among medical colleges in India in 2017 by Outlook India. It was ranked 56th in India by Careers360 in 2017, 38th among government institutes.
