Founded in 1987, University of Al-Qadisiyah is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the small city of Al Diwaniyah (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), Qadisiyyah. Officially ccredited/recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research, Iraq, University of Al-Qadisiyah is a coeducational higher education institution. University of Al-Qadisiyah offers courses and programs leading to officialy recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees in several areas of study. University of Al-Qadisiyah also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
