About the university
The Conservatoire Lorenzo Perosi is a major institute of music studios founded in Campobasso in 1971. It is titled to the memory of Lorenzo Perosi and is an institution of high musical education. It is housed in the building belonging to the House of the orphans of war, a typical style building of the early twentieth century. In his over forty years of activity, he expanded his training offering by offering courses for all the specialties of the music industry, with chairs ranging from the bobo to the trombone through all sections of the bows and percussion. He also has compositions, orchestral direction, chanting, jazz music, as well as all the theoretical subjects related to instrumental courses, such as theory, music, music history, and more.
