About the university
The story of the Paisiello begins about ninety years ago, precisely in 1927 , in that of Taranto, when a scattered group of young musicians put on a street in Margherita street no. 40 a private music school composed of only two classes (Violin and piano). Subsequently, other classes, singing, violoncello, purple, double bass, harmony and counterpoint, band instrumentation, wood, brass and complementary materials will be added.
