Teikyo Heisei University is a private university in Japan headquartered in Higashi Ikebukuro 2 - chome, Toshima - ku, Tokyo. It was established in 1987. Abbreviations of the university are Teikyo Heisei University, Teijira University. Teikyo Pearly University opened as Teikyo University of Technology in 1987 and was renamed to Teikyo Pureida University along with the establishment of the undergraduate in 1995. Based on practical education, practical training and courses are developed that learn skills that become an immediate fighting force after leaving the society.
