In Japan where the aging of the population continues, the needs for health and medical care have diversified, and the importance of collaboration among professionals in each field, ie team medicine, is rising. In 2007, Tsukuba International University established the Department of Health Sciences and Health, and has trained specialists who can be active in health and medical fields such as physiotherapists, nurses, public health nurses, administrative dieticians and nutritionists. Department of clinical radiology department in April 2013, Department of clinical examination in April 2014 opened. In addition, in April 2016 we opened the Department of Medical Technology Department. We will continue to cultivate a broad range of human resources capable of contributing to team medicine with highly specialized knowledge and skills and rich human nature. Education at our university has several features. One thing is to be thoroughly educated on a small number of people. Faculty members draw out the potential of each student and extend individuality. The other is to emphasize practical education such as practical training and exercises by experienced teachers. Moreover, it is possible to arrange the educational environment for qualification acquisition, and to nurture students who are strong in finding employment. It is also a feature of our university that we have many subjects in language and international relations. Tsukuba International University supports the dream that "I want to make use of individuality and expertise to contribute to society".
