Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1994 - Establishment of the National Higher School of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (NHSPA) (based on the Higher Party School attached to the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Kazakh SSR was founded in 1942) (Presidential Decree No. 1845.1 of 29/08/1994). 1998 - Establishment of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan through the merger of the NHSPA and the Institute for Retraining Civil Servants and Advanced Training under the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Presidential Decree No. 40784.994 of 18/09/1998). 2000 - moving to the teachers of the Academy of Astana. 2005 - Establishment of a cademy state administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan by merging the academy of public service under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Academy of Justice under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan and transferring the functions of the Diplomatic Academy LN. Gumilev newly established institution (Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan No.1583 of 31/05/2005). 2008 - Reorganization into the Republican State Enterprise; Establishment of the National School of Public Policy aimed at training elite civil servants. Appointment of the Agency for Civil Service and Anti-Corruption Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan as an administrative body (Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan No.698 of 28/11/2008). 2012 - Launch of the joint project of the EU-academy for the reform of the Academy. May 2012, implementation of the Academy Development Concept. The introduction of such internationally recognized educational programs as Master of Public Administration, Master of Public Policy, Doctor of Public Administration, and Doctor of Public Policy.
