About the university
The Kazakh-American Free University is a private institution of international partnership. In the solemn ceremonies of his opening and awarding diplomas, the first graduates were personally received by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev, who is his first "Honorary Professor". The leadership of the university is US citizens. The main priority of the university is the training of specialists who perfectly master, in addition to the chosen specialty, English and computer technologies. The model of the university includes three programs: American, Kazakh and multilingual. Annually up to 40 foreign teachers participate in the educational process. More than 700 students and undergraduates have passed professional practice in leading companies, banks and stock exchanges in the USA. The competitiveness of graduates of the university is evidenced by their high demand in the labor market. Today they successfully work at the civil service in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Finance, in the largest domestic and foreign companies. The university is the exclusive representative of the Association "American Cultural Exchange" for intensive study of English at US universities, organizing internships and practices in leading companies.
