About the university
St. Petersburg Humanitarian University of Trade Unions is a Russian higher educational institution in St. Petersburg with branches in Alma-Ata, Vladivostok, Kirov, Krasnoyarsk, Samara. The auditorium of the branch in Alma-Ata has 24 auditoriums, a library (subscription and reading room), an audience of psychological training and a training and counseling center for social psychology, 3 computer classes, a gym and an auditorium, a medical center. Special classes are equipped: English, Kazakh, legal clinic, history room, etc. The branch has its own hostel with a separate entrance for 50 people, with a total area of 486.9 sq.m. Students are accommodated in sectional rooms in 2-3-bed rooms, where for 4 rooms there is a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. The hostel has a recreation room with TV, DVD-player and cable TV, there is a kitchen with all necessary utensils, electric stoves, refrigerators, microwave ovens, etc. In the building of the branch there is a dining room with 40 seats, a coffee shop and a banquet hall.
