About the university
Chunhae Health University was originally started as a Chunhae academy in Busan. On December 1, 1967, the Chunhae Academy was approved by the Ministry of Education. It was designated as a nursing school in 1970 and reorganized as the College of Nursing of Chunhae in December 1972, and was promoted to Chunhae College of Nursing in 1979. On May 12, 1998, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Ulsan campus was changed to Chunhae University. On June 10, 2008, the name changed to Chunhae Health College.
