Created on April 14, 1939, the National School of Engineers - Abderhamane Baba Touré (ENI-ABT) has undergone several changes ranging from the School of Public Works forming designers to the training of design engineers in several fields. It began as the Public Works School (ETP) of the PDO designed to train technical assistants in public works. The first reform of education set up the ETP in the National School of Engineers (ENI) in 1962, in September 1973 the recruitment at the ENI was conditioned to the Baccalaureate, for the training of engineers of applied sciences in industry, civil engineering , Geology and topography.
