About the university
The Free School of Law of Sinaloa is a public service institution dedicated to the teaching and research of Legal Sciences and their Auxiliary. Its purpose is to train professionals in these sciences, with adequate knowledge, satisfactory technical capacity and solid social formation that seek to disseminate the legal culture for the knowledge and general respect of human rights and the strengthening of the legal and social conscience of our town. Mission: To train professionals of the legal sciences and their auxiliaries, provided with the knowledge of the current legislation, satisfactory technical capacity, solid social formation and respectful of the human rights, that seek the diffusion of the legal culture for the strengthening of the rule of law and the reinforcement Of the legal and social conscience of our people. It is responsible for promoting research, teaching, teaching and dissemination of legal systems; as well as: 1. Contribute to the formation of a collective conscience based on the recognition of the dignity of the human person, and on the ideals of justice, democracy, peace and freedom. 2. Carry out the social justice that allows to incorporate the less favored sectors to a general welfare regime. 3. To form a civic conscience tending to the fulfillment of the citizen's duties and of social service. 4. Encourage the custody, progress and extension of national and universal legal culture. 5. To strive for the proper functioning of the administration of justice and respect for the positive legal norm. 6. To foment, based on national unity, a proper philosophical juridical thought.
