About the university
The Technological Institute of Pachuca, began in 1938, when the Polytechnic Institute of Hidalgo occupied the building that now houses the Justo Sierra elementary school, later it is located in the annex to the headquarters of the Autonomous University of Gentleman. It worked until 1956, when the construction of the Instituto Tecnológico de Hidalgo began. As early as the 1960s, the Instituto Tecnológico de Hidalgo changed its name to the Center for Scientific and Technological Studies No.15.
