About the university
It began with a kindergarten that grew gradually and later became Primary, Secondary, High School and University. For several years his name was "Instituto Científico Motolinía" In the year 1943, the then Rector of the UNAM. Mr. Rodolfo Brito Foucher, elected the Institute's Baccalaureate, to erect it at the "Motolinia University", by means of official letter No. 01-147, 01-202-2 of February 18, making the official statement on March 2 of the same year.
