About the university
The Ciudad Juárez Technological Institute (or ITCJ ) is a public higher education institution located in Ciudad Juárez , Chihuahua . Popularly, it is known as Tec de Juárez . Currently, the ITCJ teaches 10 courses at the undergraduate level and 6 at the postgraduate level in the areas of social and administrative sciences and engineering . He is part of the General Directorate of Higher Technological Education (DGEST), of the Ministry of Public Education of Mexico. Mission: To train professionals in high quality technological higher education capable of contributing to science, technology and research with a creative and innovative approach, through a competency-based integral education for the sustainable development of an inclusive, globalized, equitable and human society. Vision: To be a high-performance institution in technological higher education, which will form professionals and researchers who contribute to the sustained, sustainable and equitable development of society. With this vision, the Ciudad Juárez Technological Institute seeks to contribute to the educational transformation in Mexico, orienting its efforts towards sustainable human development and competitiveness.
