About the university

With more than 20 years of experience, Universidad del Valle del Grijalva (UVG) has established itself as the most traditional university institution in the south of the Mexican Republic. At the moment it counts on the campuses of Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Cintalapa, Comitán, Pichucalco and Tapachula, in the state of Chiapas. Campus Coatzacoalcos, in the state of Veracruz, Campus Campeche, in the state capital, Villahermosa campus in Tabasco, Merida campus in Yucatan and Cancun campus in Quintana Roo. UVG belongs to Aliat Universidades, which with more than five years of educational experience in Mexico has consolidated itself as one of the most accessible and far-reaching university networks in the Mexican Republic. It is made up of nine educational institutions grouped in 50 campuses located in 18 states of the country and in the Federal District; Where more than 50 thousand students are prepared under the constant experience and training of almost three thousand teachers. Today there are more than 50 thousand graduates of the Aliat institutions that already contribute to the development of our country.
