About the university
The University Tangamanga SC, was born in 1997 in Av. De las Artes No. 735, corner with Xicoténcatl of the Colony National Anthem 2nd. Section, in a building of house type room which was adapted with 4 classrooms, a computer lab, a small library and an administrative area, giving two degrees: With the growth of UTAN, in August of 1999 a place with more spaces was found in Av. Fray Diego de la Magdalena No. 512 of the Industrial Aviación fractionation, in front of the main door of the Tangamanga II Park, which had a larger infrastructure, since it had 11 classrooms, a multipurpose room, sanitary services, larger administrative areas, a larger library service, a computer center, academic coordination offices and a cafeteria , and for the 2000 school year, the Law and Industrial Engineering courses were also offered. With more students each year, in 2001 is the current land where the UTAN is located, land that was used for mass entertainment events, so that soon began the construction of the current campus.
