About the university
The Ibero Leon, as a Jesuit University, is part of the largest university network in the World, with more than 200 universities in 5 continents. In Latin America, we are part of the network AUSJAL (Asociacion de Universidades Confiadas a la Compañía de Jesus), which is composed of over 31 Jesuit Universities, and we are also a member of the Mexican Jesuit University System (SUJ), which is composed of 8 universities. Ibero Leon is located in the city of León, Guanajuato. It was founded in 1978 and it has more than 2,500 students. It is located in the southern part of the city near one of the main avenues that cross the entire city north-south. There are several routes of public transportation that you can use to arrive at the University. We also count with our own service of transportation, that cover two different routes through the city, and that once you are part of our community, you will be able to use for free.
