Founded in 1990, Mongolian State University of Arts and Culture is a public higher education institution located in the large city of Ulaanbaatar (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants). Officially accredited/recognized by the Mongolian National Council for Education Accreditation, Mongolian State University of Arts and Culture (MSUAC) is a very small (enrollment range: 1,000-1,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. Mongolian State University of Arts and Culture (MSUAC) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. MSUAC also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services
