About the university
The school was founded in 1975. The School of Information Sciences is one of the major schools of public engineers in Morocco. It is under the tutelage of the High Commission for Planning, it is located in Rabat in Morocco . According to the classification of the Directorate of Executive Training of the Ministry of Higher Education of Scientific Research and Training of the executives, the ESI is part of the Establishments of a scientific and technical nature. The 2011 reform allows the ESI to vary its training offer and to integrate the status of the grandes écoles accessible after the preparatory classes. This reform, which takes effect from September 2012, is organized around four training cycles giving access to four national diplomas. A new reform of 2016 is put in place which gives the school the diploma of knowledge engineer and data giving access to several profiles such as: information technology engineer, knowledge manager, business analyst, data scientist / Data analyst, strategic watchdog, web developer.
