About the university
At its founding in 1975, the University includes the Faculty of Juridical, Economic and Social Sciences and the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy. As of the academic year 1981, the University has new institutions with the creation of the Faculties of Sciences, the Faculty of Dental Medicine and the Faculty of Humanities and Sciences. In 1986, the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Electricité et de Mechanique and the Ecole Supérieure de Technologie opened their doors, and in 2009 the Ecole Normale Supérieure joined the Hassan II Casablanca University to bring the number of university.
