About the university
Since it was founded in 1972 , the National Mineral Industry School has constantly evolved to meet the needs of the national market for high-quality, versatile engineers capable of performing their functions in an environment marked by globalization. Indeed, the ENIMiste engineer is an economic actor whose mission is to design, implement, manage and manage large-scale industrial systems. Its profile allows it to quickly integrate various sectors of activity, and to adapt to a world in constant change. The school is a member of the Conference of French grandes écoles (CGE), subject to the supervision of the Governmental authority in charge of Energy and Mines. It provides training for high-level state engineers to serve in all fields, in Industry, public administrations and institutions, semi-public companies and the private sector. In addition to its teaching and research missions, the ENSMR may carry out studies, research and services for its own competences on behalf of administrations, industries and individuals.
