Institute of Agriculture and Animal Science (IAAS) was established in 1972 in Rampur, Chitwan as a constituent institute of Tribhuvan University (TU), Nepal. The mission of the institute is to promote agricultural science and to train manpower for agricultural development focusing on teaching, research and dissemination of agricultural technologies.
