About the university
The School of Business Administration, EDAN was born on May 30, 1990 in a group of entrepreneurs and academics who were eager to strengthen higher education to serve the country and companies through the creation of a School of Education Higher. Once the society was formed, the then President of the Republic of Paraguay, General Andrés Rodríguez, presided over its official inauguration. Its purpose was to promote the improvement of the forms of Management in Paraguay, provide professional training and provide services in the field of business sciences, as well as training of management and management of private companies and institutions Public. The CAES Service Training Center of the National University of Asuncion was the original driver of this project. EDAN was born as a detachment from the ISEA, a Higher Institute of Administrative Studies under the Ministry of Industry and Commerce MIC. This Institute provided higher education in the field of Administrative Sciences in the decade of the 80's and was directed by Dr. Fernando José Ayala.
