About the university
State Higher Vocational School in Racibórz - public vocational school established on February 1, 2002 in Racibórz, by decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Poland of September 20, 2001. The establishment of the university significantly influenced the development of the city and also allowed to mark a new area of higher education activities on the land of Racibórz. The university is characterized by a one-step learning structure that is common to other public higher vocational schools across the country. The school educates nearly 4,000 students in full-time and part-time studies. It offers a wide range of courses and specializations with varied education profiles [3]. For several years successfully completed postgraduate studies with a rich offer of specialties and training courses. After graduation, graduates are awarded a bachelor's or bachelor's degree with the ability to pursue a master's degree at a university in the whole country. The school is financed by a grant from the state budget and by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. The educational activity of the institution is focused on enabling higher education students who do not have the opportunity to study in remote academic centers.
