About the university
The first recruitment took place in February 2000. Teaching a freshman majoring in Support of Tourism began when about 100 osób.W October 2000, the first official inauguration of the Academic Year 2000/2001 is connected to the solemn commissioning of the new building of the Rector. The university is developing rapidly is becoming a better academic staff, more and better educational facilities, increasing the number of young people studying it in the years 2002 - 2005 the number reached about 1,500 students. In 2002, for the first time it started postgraduate studies for 150 people with a range of European Education and Education Management. In subsequent years, put into operation classrooms equipped with modern means of multimedia, computer laboratories are created, young people have at their disposal a sports hall and gym, and physiology lab. Library and university moved to new spacious premises, has been computerized and connected to the Internet.
