Admission Requirements The following may apply to the cycle of studies that leads to the mestre degree a) holders of a licenciado degree or legal equivalent; b) holders of a foreign academic degree conferred following a 1st cycle of studies organized according to the principles of the Bologna process by a State that adheres to that process; c) Holders of a foreign higher academic degree that is recognized as fulfilling the objectives of the degree of licenciado by the statutorily competent body; d) Holders of an academic, scientific or professional curriculum vitae that is recognized by the statutorily competent body of ULHT as attesting the capacity to carry out this cycle of studies. Seriation criteria for the 20 vacancies - 50% grade of the previous qualification; - 50% academic and professional CV and, when necessary, interview. Applicants with no degree or no previous qualification grade, CV and interview assume 100% weighting. Application requirements: - Identification document; - Curriculum Vitae; - Certificate of Qualifications; - Motivation Letter. Objectives The Master in Sound Production and Technologies has the following objectives: 1. To deepen the training and scientific areas of the sense of hearing and sound production. 2. Train professionals in the areas of cinema, multimedia and sound arts. Develop the research skills and creativity of students trained in related academic areas. 3. To prepare students for the technological practices of sound composition, allowing them to deepen their knowledge in the area of sound production and technologies, essential for the creative, music, entertainment and media industries. Recipients Mainly graduates in the areas of musicology and sound technologies, audiovisual direction and production and digital and performing arts, as well as professionals with an excellent curriculum in the training area of Audiovisual and Media Production. Future Studies Pursuit of 3rd cycle studies in Media Arts and Communication or Communication Sciences. Career Prospects This 2nd cycle degree in Sound Production and Technologies focuses on advanced training that allows those who complete it to gain skills in sound production for different contents and media, traditional or in the digital domain: sound directors, sound designers, music producers, recording and mastering technicians and sound design. Remarks Evaluation Methodology: Face-to-face classes, laboratory practical classes and production of sound and audiovisual objects. The Ucs have as an evaluation methodology the creation of a parceled project, in the areas of sound united to artistic production, multimedia and audiovisual. The assessment methodologies will be described in the curricular unit sheets. Schedule: Post-laboral: Every weekday from 6 pm onwards
