About the university
The University of the Republic of San Marino was established of 31 October 1985 by Captain Regent Pier Paolo Gasperoni and Ubaldo Biordi . It was started with the foundation of the Higher School of Historical Studies in 1988 in the presence of UNESCO Director-General Federico Mayor. The current rector is Corrado Petrocelli. The university has its main venues in the historic center of the Republic of San Marino . The University of San Marino is located in San Marino City, the capital of the Republic of San Marino. UNIRSM offers three undergraduate programs in Design, Civil Engineering and Management Engineering, and several Masters degrees.
