About the university
Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry (TUAF), which was established in 1970, is one of the members of Thai Nguyen University. For 47 years of establishment and development, TUAF has been recognized as the center for training, scientific research and technology transfer in agriculture, forestry, environmental and resource management, and rural development in the midland and northern mountainous provinces of Vietnam. Now, we have established and expanded our cooperation in research and training with more than 100 advanced institutions, as well as government and non-government organizations all over the World. Annually, we offer admissions to more than 3000 students to 24 undergraduate programs and irregular (learning-by-doing) courses and about 500 students enrolled to 9 master’s and 7 doctoral programs.
