About the university
Inscape Education Group (previously Inscape Design College), located in Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria and Johannesburg in South Africa, is registered with the Department of Higher Education and Training as a private higher education institution under the Higher Education Act of 1997. Inscape is the oldest privately owned, multi-disciplinary creative industries college in South Africa, having celebrated its 30th year of existence in 2011. Inscape offers 3-year Degree courses in Ideation, Environmental, Interior, Fashion, Graphic, Jewellery and Marketing & Communication Design, 1-year Higher Certificate courses in Architectural Technology, Fashion Design and Interior Decorating as well as Short Courses in interior decorating, clothing design, architectural drafting, visual design, digital video and digital design.
