About the university
The BEJUNE (HEP-BEJUNE), officially opened in August 2001, trains teachers from three cantons (Berne - French part, Jura and Neuchâtel). The creation of the HEP-BEJUNE was a major construction, born of the merger of various cantonal institutions. This high school operates at three sites in Biel, Delémont and La Chaux-de-Fonds. It employs approximately 180 people.
