The Zurich University of Economics and Business Administration (HWZ) is a state-accredited private college of economics and a training and training center for economics professionals in the city of Zurich. The HWZ offers job-related courses, with a professional activity of 50 to 100 percent possible. The university is located in the center of Zurich directly next to Zurich's main railway station. The HWZ was founded in 1986 as a Higher Economic and Administrative School (HWV) in Zurich. It is one of the four sub-schools of the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZFH). The university is located in the training center Sihlhof Zurich. The Sihlhof is located in the area of Europaallee as well as Zurich main station and serves as a sub-campus of the SIB and the Pädagogische Hochschule Zürich (PHZH). In 2013, the University of Economics Zurich (HWZ) launched the "House of Marketing and Communication" together with the Swiss Institute of Business Economics (SIB). The HWZ offers courses in business economics, communication and business informatics / business engineering. Courses of the HWZ address both the bachelor's and master's degree courses.
