The EAMAU is an inter-State institution of higher education and research headquartered in Lomé, Togo. The EAMAU was created in 1975 by a resolution of the OCAM heads of state summit following a Unesco study on the actual need for a school of training in architecture and town planning, Of African states in full urban growth.
