About the university
The Higher Institute of Human Sciences of Tunis was created by decree n ° 99-559 dated 08 March 1999. Our institute comprises (8) departments: Department of Psychology, Department of Sociology, Department of Philosophy, Department of Arabic, Department of English, Department of French, Department of Applied Languages, Department of Ancient Languages and Civilizations. The institute delivers Master's degrees in all these specialties and four masters. The number of students for the academic year 2003/2004 is 3967 students. Within our institute, students engage in various cultural, artistic and sporting activities.
