About the university
The International University of Tunis (ITU) is a private group of Tunisian higher education , based in Tunis . It is internationally oriented partnerships on a global scale and diversity of its students from over 42 countries. The university was founded in 2002 by Héla Ennaifer, daughter of Sheikh Mohamed Salah Ennaifer and one of the first women heads of business in Tunisia. After a long experience in tourism and transport since the end of the 1960s , it created the Private International University of Tunis 2 approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research 3 as A university of applied sciences to meet a need for education, training and retraining. Following the reform of higher education in 2008 , the private international university in Tunis was renamed Tunis International Supervisory College 4 (SupInter) and the international university of Tunis became the group formed with the Center for Scientific Updating And technical support for training and research.
