About the university
The Higher Institute of Accounting and Business Administration (ISCAE) is a national higher education institution affiliated with the University of Manouba. The ISCAE is created by article 73 of the law n ° 58-109 of December 31, 1987 and whose application was ordered by the decree N ° 88-1648 of September 16, 1988 under the name (ISC). The ISCAE took its current name by decree n ° 85-2051 of 18 December 1995.
