A State University designed for long-term career leaders The Turkish-German University (TAU) in Istanbul is a state university established on the basis of an agreement between the Republic of Turkey and the Federal Republic of Germany subject to Turkish higher education legislation. The aim is to unite the most important achievements and achievements of Turkish and German higher education traditions in the fields of research and teaching and to make important contributions to the scientific, economic and cultural cooperation between the two countries.
